Lee Road Park
Located at 6200 Lee Road, Lee Road Park is a vibrant community space featuring new pickleball courts, a paved nature trail, and a playground. The park is home to a dedicated Butterfly & Pollinator Habitat, supporting local wildlife with native plants.
In 2024, a mural by Lawrence North High School students was added, celebrating the park's natural beauty. Additionally, a new pedestrian trail, funded by a $1.7 million grant, enhances connectivity to Fort Harrison State Park, Forest Glen Elementary School, and local neighborhoods.
With picnic areas and a focus on outdoor recreation, Lee Road Park is an ideal destination for families and nature enthusiasts alike.
