Zoning

All Zoning Variances and re-zoning petitions are handled through City of Lawrence, Board of Zoning Appeals.

These all have to be filed with City of Lawrence Department of Public Works (DPW).

Platting (including waiver requests) and vacation petitions would still go through City of Indianapolis, Department of Metropolitan Development.
