3 Free Items
During Heavy Trash Weeks, residents can take advantage of heavy trash/bulk collection at no additional cost.
Each property may place three (3) items at the curb for collection in both the Spring and Fall.
- Electronics
- Railroad ties
- Tires
- Hazardous waste
- Building Materials- including Bricks, Cement Blocks, Concrete, Tile, Marble & Drywall
- Damaged or Unusable Furniture
- Soiled Furniture (Must be bagged in plastic)
- Toilets
- Yard Waste
- Appliances (freon must be removed and tagged from appliances containing freon)
10$/per Additional Item
For additional items, you must pay and schedule at least 48- hours in advance before placing bulky waste/appliances out for collection. Call Priority to schedule additional items.

Excluded Curb Items
There are excluded items not permitted for collection at the curb. These include, but are not limited to:
- Building refuse
- Construction debris
- Bricks
- Concrete blocks
When scheduling your bulk collection, our staff is happy to cover any exclusions to this program.
