Utilities customers receive the Lawrence Lift, a newsletter about water and sewer issues and other city news, in your monthly bills. Each month’s newsletter is updated for customers who receive the second billing of the month. Sign up here for the enews version.

The annual Consumer Confidence Report (CCR) is prepared by the Utility Operations Management team. This report contains information about local drinking water. It includes data about where your water comes from, explains the required water quality testing and results, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) standards for safe contaminant levels in drinking water, and other relevant information about your water. The report is required by the EPA and the Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) to be available to Lawrence consumers by July 1 of every year.
